1. What elements
are involved in Vata? What elements are missing? How does this
affect the qualities of the 'Vata' person? Are you are Vata? Do you know
anyone that might fit this description?
Vata-
Elements -Space, Air What element is missing- Fire, Water, Earth. They show
that don’t have fire they are generally cold because they don’t have a lot of
water They are generally dry because they don’t have a lot of earth they are
generally light but because of movement of air they are also quite restless. So
the different qualities they active restless and thinking all the time. They
are the kind of people who tend to lose weight and are generally lean and thin.
Once again because of a lot of air movement which causes dryness such people
may have a tendency towards dry hair, dry skin or dry nail, or general dryness
in the body. When air moves a lot, it does cause chaos confusion or quality of
irregularity. When it comes to food, they have irregular appetites or irregular
water intake air does moves a lot again. They do talk a lot and talk fast with
a light voice. They dream a lot and do not need a lot of sleep.
Yes I know
ranchers who are like this with less sleep, less food intake and never gain
weight.
2. What elements
are involved in Pitta? What qualities do these people have and how does this
connect to their elements? Are you Pitta, or do you know anyone that is?
Pitta is a
combination of fire and water so it’s like a hot liquid. But pitta is more fire
and just the way fire is quite sharp penetrating and focused like why such
people are also very focused very determined very ambitious therefore when we
look into the different qualities looking into fire they are the kind of people
who are always generally feeling hot or they have a tendency towards sweating
and because of that their hair, nail, or skin are generally warm but slightly
oily when you look into their hair they’re generally fine and slightly oily and
of course that excess fire may lead towards hair loss or crème of hair when.
When it comes to weight, they are the kind of people who usually have constant
weight deny the lose weight or gain weight. When it comes to sleep and dreams,
they’re the type of people who may need seven- or eight-hours of sleep. When it
comes to dreams, they may dream but they may not remember them. With food they
are the type of people who are always feeling hungry, and they may eat more
times a day and they never gain weight or lose weight. And that excess fire
also causes thirst so they may be drinking a lot of water.
Yes, my
nephew is very ambitious and sweats a lot and have a hungry appetite and can’t
gain weight.

are involved in Kapha? What elements are missing? Qualities? Do you think
you are Kapha, or know anyone that is?
Kapha is a
combination of water and earth. Just the way water is quite soft gentle flowing
such people are also quite soft natured quite gentle quite loving they’re the
kind of people who go out of their way and are laid-back. Earth on the other
hand is quite heavy like, with these people they are quite patient and stable.
Kapha doesn’t have fire are air but on the other hand it has more water and
earth. These types of people usually have oily hair and skin. And
perhaps cold and clammy skin and very oily hair. When it comes to sleep, they
can sleep eight to ten hours and not dream. These people eat when it’s time to
eat but not when they’re hungry. Because of Earth they tendency to gain weight.
You can be a
combination of a Pitta and Vita type. On appearance one may appear lean and
perhaps dry skin, but my attitude may be very focused ambitious and determined.
Any combination of doshas but the most important is to identify what your body
type is and based to balance your body constitution or your everyday life.

Food and well
balance diet, Chicken, fish, vegetable,
Herb, perhaps
ginger, aloe vera
Massages,
athletic massages
Physical
exercise, stretching, carbo, weight lift to add strength.
Lifestyle,
meditation, classical music. Broadway plays.
